Under the consumer contracts regulations, you have the right to cancel purchases made online, from date you made your order through to 14 days after receiving goods.
If you choose to cancel your order before we have despatched the goods, we will refund your payment through the same payment process as you used, within 14 days.
If we have already despatched the goods and you wish to cancel, you must return the items in the same condition as you received them to our business address;

You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods, providing they are in a good and resale-able condition for the cost of the goods plus basic postage charges only. You will be responsible for return charges to us.
Please note, if item damaged, faulty or not resale-able, we reserve the rights to refuse refunds.
Bespoke items will not be refunded once we have started making the item, as all bespoke items are made to made measure. We will not
be responsible for errors in your measurements.
